Join us for the fourth Later Life conference in our successful annual series as we explore how health and social services can continue to transform and improve care for our growing elderly population. With the Health Secretary recently announcing new funding given to Care Homes and the Local Authorities/NHS for people suffering with or the onset of dementia. Please Note all our events are CPD certified
Our 2013 Later Life Event: Engaged in Older Age will provide examples of best practice in later life care provision and suggestions for their extension to delegates' own fields of work, providing a platform for debate and an opportunity for senior decision-makers and frontline staff to engage and discuss the future of health and social care for older people.
