From August 2022 trainees will preference via the recruitment system Oriel a 3 year rotation during the National Recruitment window.

 The Internal Medicine Training rotation is as follows:

  • Year 1: 3 x 4 month posts
  • Year 2: 3 x 4 month posts
  • Year 3: 2 x 6 month posts (if applicable)

During IMT Year 1 and 2 you will undertake 4 months blocks which will include Intensive Care Medicine and Geriatric medicine, these are curriculum requirements.
