If you qualified overseas and registered in the UK in the last 12 months you are invited to attend two half-day workshops presented by GMC representatives.
These can be attended in a single session or two sessions in a day.

Personal Beliefs, Professional Boundaries & State of Medical Education
We all know it can be difficult to adjust to working in a new culture, even for experienced doctors.
These workshops are designed to highlight key differences in practice between the UK and your home country and to give you the knowledge and confidence to navigate those differences in line with GMC guidance.
The workshops are relevant to anyone in their first year of UK practice, so even if you have been practicing for a few months we’d still very much like to welcome your attendance.
It’s also a great opportunity to meet and network with other international colleagues and for you to put your ethical questions to a GMC expert.
