NHSE SW - working across the South West is funding a number of places for the intake year 2022-23 for Doctors & Dentists in Training (ST3+) and a small number of places for SAS Doctors (Specialty Doctor, Staff Grade and Associate Specialists) in more senior roles in the Peninsula region.  The programme is designed to provide a unique combination of practice skills, knowledge and thinking to develop your career path as a clinical leader within an evolving NHS.

You will need to commit nine days each academic year to attend all modules, choosing your modules from any of the six locations across the south west: Truro, Plymouth, Exeter, Taunton, Bristol and Cheltenham/ Gloucester.

Key themes will include:

  • Patient safety, quality systems and your personal responsibilities

  • Communications, partnership and team-working
